1. Ingredients:


• 1 gram decarboxylated cannabis (CBD-rich or high-pinene strain)

• 2 tablespoons dried peppermint leaves

• 1 tablespoon dried lemon balm (optional)

• Juice of 1 lemon

• 2-3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

• 2 cups hot water

• 1-2 cups sparkling water or regular water


2. Instructions:


1. Decarb the Cannabis

• If you haven’t already decarboxylated the cannabis, follow the decarboxylation process outlined on Day 6.

2. Steep the Herbs

• In a teapot or jar, combine the decarboxylated cannabis, dried peppermint leaves, and lemon balm.

• Pour the hot water over the herbs and let it steep for 10-15 minutes  .

3. Add Lemon & Sweeten

• Strain the infusion into a pitcher, then stir in the lemon juice and honey or agave syrup.

4. Serve & Enjoy

• Pour the mixture over ice and top with sparkling water or add cold regular water for a non-fizzy version.
